I work with positioning, communication and growth, but at the heart of it, I work with people. My role is about creating clarity, helping our experts, our companies and our partners articulate the value they bring and connecting that to a bigger purpose: enabling a safe digital world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have always been curious about technology and drawn to industries that are evolving fast. I like being in environments where you constantly need to learn, adapt and think ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When the opportunity came to be part of building Allurity, I simply couldn\u2019t say no. The chance to help create something new, a European cybersecurity group with real ambition, felt both exciting and meaningful. It wasn\u2019t just joining a company; it was being part of shaping a direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What keeps me inspired is that cybersecurity truly matters. It\u2019s not abstract. It protects organisations, critical functions and people\u2019s everyday lives. It\u2019s complex, sometimes intense, always evolving and that makes it both challenging and deeply rewarding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CyberDefendHERs creates a space where women and other underrepresented groups in cybersecurity can be visible, share experiences and support each other. That\u2019s powerful!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For me, it\u2019s also about strengthening the industry. Diverse teams make better decisions. Different perspectives reduce blind spots. In cybersecurity, that it is a strategic advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Because we are stronger when we learn from each other. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Threats evolve quickly and across borders. If we work in silos, we fall behind. When we share knowledge, insights and lessons learned, we build collective resilience. Especially in Europe, collaboration is key to staying competitive and secure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I would like to contribute to building a strong and confident European cybersecurity voice. I want us to feel united, capable and forward-looking as cyberthreats continue to grow. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
On a personal level, I hope I can help create environments where people feel proud of what they do; where they grow, take space and see that their work makes a difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
