Our community is founded on diversity, mutual respect and empowerment. This Code of Conduct applies to all participants, speakers, and partners at all our online and in-person events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Core Values<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Embrace Diversity: Diversity is our foundation. We value and welcome people from all backgrounds, with all identities and experiences. Inclusion is not optional, it is essential to our mission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect and Empathy: Treat everyone with respect. Disagreements may arise, dialogue must remain constructive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lift Each Other Up: Support and empower your peers. Share your knowledge, offer guidance, and celebrate achievements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Expected Behaviour<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Engage authentically and contribute positively to discussions and activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Listen actively and value diverse perspectives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate openly and resolve conflicts through dialogue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect boundaries, whether personal, professional or digital<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report any unacceptable behaviour witnessed or experienced to the organisers promptly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Unacceptable Behaviour<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Discrimination or harassment based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ability, or any other characteristics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intimidation, threats or bullying, whether online or in person<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unwanted sexual, physical or other attention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disruption of events, misuse of platforms, or violation of privacy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photography or sharing of information without consent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exclusionary language or actions that undermine the participation of others<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consequences<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any violations of this Code of Conduct will be addressed immediately. Depending on the severity of the violation, consequences may include a warning, exclusion from the current event, or exclusion from future events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reporting and Support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you experience or witness behaviour that does not comply with this Code of Conduct, please contact the CyberDefendHERs team at contact@cyberdefendhers.com. All reports will be handled confidentially and fairly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scope<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Code of Conduct applies to all CyberDefendHER activities, whether they are online or in person, as well as to related communications.
